Though anxious at first to complete the understanding himself  he was most appreciative of the indispensable and extensive cooperation of Pedro C. Sanchez in bringing this panoramic project to its successful completion. Dr. Sanchez  who travelled extensively throughout Southeast Asia and the North American continent  was a native Guamanian  the son of an outstanding Guamanian educator  and himself a former President of the College of Guam as well as a former Commissioner of Education in the Virgin Islands.
