The book is mostly about bench rest shooting, though the author was also a hunter and makes frequent contrasts between bench rest and hunting practices. I dont believe any of the recommendations for achieving high accuracy have been proven false. Its new enough that most of the references are still valid (e.g. powders, toolmakers).
