It omits the previous editions inclusion of workplace tools. Sections cover the skills--identifying drug therapy problems collecting and evaluating data developing care plans and documenting encounters--and their application in more settings than the previous editions: community pharmacies hospitals long term care settings and ambulatory care settings.
