Charles Rennie Mackintoshs (Scottish 1868-1928) textile designs are not widely knownunlike his architecture furniture and watercolors. Fortunately many of his original drawings for textile designs made between 1915 and 1923 have survived and are presented in this book an expanded and revised edition of Mackintosh: Textile Designs (John Murray 1982). Roger Billcliffe is a noted expert on Scottish art and on Mackintosh in particular.
