Problems are given with each chapter, and they are an integral part of the book. Most of them supplement some idea that is left without complete discussion in the test. They are arranged in the same order as the text material with which they are to be used, and in general one or two of them should be worked day by day. Also and this is very important-many of the concepts of the book are new to the reader and will cease to seem strange only after continued and repeated use.
