This book contains much more than did the first edition published in 1987. The number of liturgies is increased to thirty-eight, and the book now offers also Rites of Committal (for use at the gravesite or in a crematorium). Of the liturgies, some are written for specific occasions, others, being of a general nature, could fit a variety of circumstances. Six of them are Remembrance Liturgies for such occasions as the months mind and anniversaries. Besides the liturgies, there are twenty-nine reflections, ten Prayer Services and four Rites of Committal.
