There are some very nice examples and problem sets at the end of the chapters. For Intermediates the Advanced chapters are good, though the chpater on Squeeze play tries to cover too much. Nothing on Trump Coups either. But there are very nice sections on: Deduction, Card Placing by Assumption, Entry Management, and Trump Control.
