Liberation Theology brings together a provocative American theologian and a battery of pressing questions. Rosemary Ruethers concern is human liberation. Rosemary Radford Ruether is the author of several books including *The Radical Kingdom* and numerous articles. She is a contributing editor of *Christianity and Crisis*. For several years she has been professor of Historical Theology at Howard University and is the Chauncey Stillman Professor of Roman Catholic Studies, The Divinity School, Harvard University (1972-73).
