In the following pages, I provide transcripts of meetings I had with twenty-one individuals whose lives were changed after only one visit. Some had lives that seemed very normal while others experienced events so horrible that they were hard to listen to. They were dealing with painful emotions, troubling thoughts, and problematic behavioral patterns. They experienced grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and a variety of other problems. I learned a great deal from each one of them. For many years, I have been conducting training programs for mental health and health professionals in what I call Rapid Resolution Therapy®. It has been wonderful to teach others and to hear about their successes in working with people this way. They report amazing results with a very wide variety of people dealing with many different issues. This book is intended to show you a different way of thinking and practicing. My passion is to fearlessly and creatively pursue what is in the client’s best interest and to make it possible for people to live happy and productive lives.
