Bobby Pendragon is a seemingly normal fourteen-year-old boy. But there is something very special about Bobby. He is going to save the world. And not just Earth as we know it. Bobby must fight for the future of Halla -- every time and place that has ever existed. In the first two installments of the Pendragon series joined together in this special volume, Bobby is ripped from his family and everything hes ever known. He travels with his uncle Press to the territory of Denduron, where he meets the evil Saint Dane. After learning an inkling of what Saint Dane intends for Halla, Bobby flumes to Cloral, a vast world that is entirely covered by water. Can Bobby accept the role of lead traveler, even after learning just how large a cost it can have?
