The chief curator at the Autry Museum of Western Heritage (in Los Angeles) chronicles Bohlins life following him from his departure from Sweden as a cabin boy aboard a freighter to his apprenticeship as a cowboy in Montana the opening of his first saddle shop in Wyoming and the growth of his shops in Hollywood.
