About this book

Salem's Lot by Stephen King. paperback edition. ISBN: 9780340951477.

Salems Lot is a 1975 horror fiction novel written by the American author Stephen King. It was his second published novel. The story involves a writer named Ben Mears who returns to the town where he lived as a boy between the ages of 9 through 13 (Jerusalems Lot, or Salems Lot for short) in Maine to discover that the residents are all becoming vampires. The town would be a location that would be revisited in the short stories "Jerusalems Lot" and "One for the Road", both from Kings 1978 short story collection Night Shift. The novel was nominated for the World Fantasy Award for Best Novel in 1976.[1] In 1987, it was nominated for the Locus Award as the All-Time Best Fantasy Novel.[2] -WIKIPEDIA
