The Illustrated Torah

This original humash contains all the sidrot and haftarot illustrated in a bold new way. Michal Meron has worked four years on this project and the long-awaited results are presented in this artistic book. What identifies Michals work in particular are the bold colors she uses and the important part that Hebrew texts and lettering play in her pictures. Each sidrot and haftarot has been illustrated in beautiful full color by Memo in the "nave style". Through an arrangement with The Studio in Old Jaffa-a gallery renowned for its collection of mystical art and illustrated literature-The Jewish Publication Society is proud to offer The Illustrated Torah the perfect gift to honor the Jewish spiritual tradition and to celebrate every joyous occasion.
