The Menil Collection Houston Texas is a museum housing a private collection of art assembled over the last half-century. This updated edition of a book first published in 1987 marks the tenth anniversary of the museums opening. It features colour reproductions of European Mediterranean and Near Eastern antiquities Byzantine art and significant Cubist Surrealist Abstract Expressionist and contemporary works.
