About this book

The Ties of the Past : The Gettysburg Diaries of Salome Myers Stewart, 1854-1922 by Stewart, Salome Myers. paperback edition. ISBN: 9780939631919.

Salome Myers was a young girl in Gettysburg when the Civil War invaded her town. Sally put aside her fears and pitched in to help the large number of wounded soldiers as a nurse.
