The Twelve Sons of Israel

The Twelve Sons of Israel begins with a review of Israels life his marriages the birth of his children and their lives in Haran. They are traced to Canaan the land of promise and on into Egypt where Levi is the last of them to die about 140 years later. Making many errors and committing serious sin especially at first the sons of Israel eventually repented rose above their humainity and became more perfect during their lives. They learned their lives needed to be upgraded and improved and were to be ones of sacrifice and service and consecration of self to a higher cause.
