They Who Tarry: The Doctrine of Translated Beings

They Who Tarry: The Doctrine of Translated Beings by Brough, R. Clayton. hardcover edition. ISBN: 9780882900698.

Since the time of Adam, faithful members of the Lords Church have been permitted in various dispensations of time to either prolong their existence upon this earth, free from any physical suffering, or to be taken into heavenly realms without immediately tasting death. In a term familiar to Latter-day Saints, these people are said to have been "translated." They Who Tarry carefully treats a subject which some regard as controversial, considering it with a careful and objective viewpoint and using appropriate sources to clarify many teachings.
