Tragic Jack: The True Story of Arizonz Pioneer John William Swilling

John William "Jack" Swilling established mines built roads and laid out cities until he was falsely accused of a stagecoach robbery. He was tried and released arrested taken to another jurisdiction and tried again. He languished in Yumas county jail until he died a horrible death three weeks before the guilty party was captured. His burial was attended by few and he was soon nearly forgotten until now. This is the life story of Arizona pioneer Jack Swilling.
