Turning Toward Integrity

About this book

The Turning Point Series... Named after Dr. Jeremiahs popular radio program is written to provide Christians with sound bible teaching relevant to todays changing times. James the elder of the Jerusalem church wrote his epistle to the scattered tribes of Israel new Christians who had fled persecution. James knew that there would be no "living happily ever after" for those dispersed believers and he wanted them to see life from Gods perspective. The Epistle of James is for all of us who need Gods supernatural strength to meet the challenges of our lives. It is for us who want Gods wisdom and who intend to walk the rough road to Christian maturity. For James the proof of profession was in the living. It still is. David Jeremiah is senior pastor of Shadow Mountain Community Church in El Cajon California where he also serves as president of Christian Heritage College. He has authored more than a dozen books including Turning Toward Joy and the best-selling Escape the Coming Night. Dr. Jeremiah is a regular speaker at Bible conferences and at professional sports chapels. He and his wife Donna have four children.
