Have you ever wondered how other churches "do church?" I wanted to find out for myself. Disguised as a "secret church shopper " I attended services in 115 churches representing 28 denominations. I experienced everything from simple gospel presentations to "theres no business like show business" extravaganzas. I learned "whats hot" and "whats not." I was appalled by what some churches presented from the pulpit and I enthusiastically applauded others for their strong biblical preaching! This adventure exposed some of my preconceived inaccurate concepts and redirected my ministry outlook. I have been humbled and ultimately have fallen more deeply in love with Jesus and His church.
