Dragon on a Pedestal

Wandering Ivy meets 8-year-old Hugo and inadvertently enhances him to become smarter braver and stronger. But she has forgotten the way home. Ultimately. the characters join forces against an enemy threatening the welfare of Xanth by being able to burrow through anything.
