Being able to ask and answer this question is a key stage in childrens development and essential for maintaining good relationships with friends and family effective learning and good mental health. This fun friendly and reassuring introduction is designed to help young children recognise understand and name different feelings and learn to talk about and manage them in helpful ways. Helps build childrens self-esteem as they develop emotional intelligence and empathy by recognising and responding appropriately to their own and other peoples feelings. Helps children with the personal social and emotional development goals of the Early Years curriculum.
