Hawaiian Lomilomi: Big Island Massage

Hawaiian Lomilomi captures the traditional massage of the Hawaiian elders of the Big Island of Hawaii. The circulatory techniques are combined with pule (prayer) laau lapaau (herbal medicine) and hooponopono (forgiveness of others and self) and living ones life in pono (balance and alignment with ke akua or spirit). It includes interviews with lomilomi kumu (teachers) some of which have already walked the rainbow (passed).
