Spider-Man: Back in Black

After an assassins bullet intended for him kills his beloved Aunt May Spider-Man will not rest until he finds the killer while Sandman asks for Spider-Mans help when Sandmans father is falsely accused of murder which brings back memories of the death of Uncle Ben.
